  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS, depending on your selected shipping method at checkout.
  • Current delivery times are 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, the weight of your order, and your location.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at sales@flacracker.com. We will work with USPS or UPS to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at sales@flacracker.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
